Clare Fraser

Clare Fraser is a traditional Irish fiddler based in Boston, MA. She began her fiddling career playing for contra and square dances near her hometown of Bergen, NY, before shifting her focus exclusively toward traditional Irish music upon moving to Boston in 2020. Clare frequently leads Irish sessions in the greater Boston area at venues including the Burren, McCarthy’s, Emmet’s, the Druid, and more. She enjoys performing with her group the Clare Fraser Trio, playing at festivals, and touring as a featured fiddler with A Taste of Ireland Irish Dance group.
